This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding Mighty Quinn’s Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Mighty Quinn’s” or us/we/our”) collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal information. It applies to the Sugar Wing website, and all related websites, applications, services, tools, integrated application sites and remote services, servers, and services on behalf of Mighty Quinn’s (collectively “Services”). Mighty Quinn’s only obtains personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and payment card or other information when you provide it voluntarily. We may collect information you share, post or provide on the Website or the Ordering Mobile App.  Additionally we, or our affiliates, may collect information about your order, including the items purchased, the payment method and your billing information.
